Where can I check the status of my order?

What does it mean that a product needs "production time"?
Some of our products are produced on order and require production time. The specific production time range will be disclosed in the product features. Once your product is ready and shipped, you will receive a notification via email containing your tracking information.

How do I know what size I should order?
On each product page, you'll find a Size Guide that includes instructions on how to measure for your size and details of the measurements for the product. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
